Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Triselo. This policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Where We Ship
We ship to most U.S states. If we can't deliver to your location, you'll be notified at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is emailed once your order has shipped. Tracking can take 2-3 days to show updates after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, please contact us.
Multiple Items
If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different dates, from different locations. You won't be charged extra for this.
Delays
Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within [20] business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or is lost in transit, email us at bhernandezmore@gmail.com within [14] days of delivery (or of the expected delivery window for lost packages) with your order number and, if applicable, photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
